Congratulations Dr Vidler

Today was a big day for Frankie as she handed in the final hard bound copy of her thesis! Frankie has spent the last 3 years looking at the role of chemokines in hypertension and making friends with all the local cats. We are now left wondering how many cat photos she has snuck in there as figures. 🤔My guess would be at least one per chapter.

Luckily for the rest of us we don't have to say goodbye to Frankie just yet as she is going to be sticking around for a bit longer as a CRG postdoc. She is currently looking into the role of inflammatory CCRs in lung macrophages, spending most of her time in the Flow facility sorting cells.

Congratulations once again Frankie!
