GENIE 2020

This week we attended the Glasgow Edinburgh Network for Immunology Excellence (GENIE) in Linlithgow. We had a great time and all the speakers were excellent, especially Gill who was there sharing the work she has recently been doing in the CRG.

The event had lots of interesting immunology, covering everything from the innate immune system to the adaptive, with some really neat work from the Kubes and Konkel labs who had the keynote talks at the event.

The day was nicely rounded off with a trip to the pub for a couple of drinks with our friends from the LIVE group before heading back to Glasgow!
